Belonging Beyond Borders: Student Success for Malaysian Students

Inspired by SETU India, the "Jom Settle Lah" is our upcoming platform designed to help Malaysian students in Australia belong faster, manage transitions smoothly, and showcase their growth.

It bridges culture, community, and career in one unified journey.

By expanding Malaysia, we're extending the same promise we made to Indian students — that no one should have to navigate studying abroad alone. Malaysian students bring such rich culture and talent to Australia, and this platform will make sure their journeys are not just supported, but celebrated. It's about creating belonging from day one and giving them the tools to grow with confidence.

From Discovery to Dialogue to Deals

The Societal Impact of AI Symposium is UNSW's flagship annual conference with 550 attendees.

What's On! created "AI-me" a digital conference assistant that achieved 92% engagement by surfacing the right sessions and sponsors to the right people.

AI-me transformed the Symposium from a crowded event into a personalised experience. I got answers in seconds, discovered sessions I would have missed, and even made connections that shaped new collaborations. All of this, without standing in a single queue.

Cross-border Migrant Safety Platform

ChAI, our AI companion, increased migrant-confidence to 87% by surfacing the right checklists, services, and safeguards at the right moment.

ChAI makes OSHC, housing, work rights, scams & safety, campus events, and job pathways everyone's cup of tea.

Our main objective has always been to support Indian students. A platform created by students, for students is exactly what's needed to ensure connectivity and comfort for India's digital generations studying in Australia.

From Slides to Video-Stories in Minutes

In many ways, Sozio reflects the mission behind What's On!: using AI not to replace people, but to empower them where it matters most.

Sozio wanted to empower lecturers with an easy way to transform their slide decks into polished video tutorials. Recording lectures is time‑consuming, and most lecturers are not professional videographers or editors. With an AI‑powered platform that converts slides into narrated videos in minutes, Sozio reduced production effort, increased student engagement and lowered barriers to blended learning.

By transforming slide decks into AI-powered video tutorials within minutes, we're giving educators something invaluable: time back. Time they can spend connecting with students, refining ideas, or simply catching their breath in an already burdened ecosystem.

Lead Conversion through Gamification

Our Admissions and Recruitment Assistant increased qualified leads by 160% and boosted Q&A engagement by 85% via QR-to-mobile and kiosk flows.

Light gamification keeps students engaged and gives them career and degree advice.

The chatbot didn't just answer questions — it doubled the number of students we could talk to meaningfully. With gamified flows and personalised roadmaps, we saw a 160% lift in qualified leads and conversations that felt human, not transactional.

1 Conference. 500,000 Attendees. $32M in Expo Sales

The International Trade Fair on Organics & Millets 2025, held at Palace Grounds, Bengaluru from 23-25 January 2025, was a flagship inter-government event celebrating India's leadership in organics and agro-ecology.

With 163 exhibitors, 68 speakers, 300+ B2B connects, 30 sessions, and 20 food stalls, the fair attracted 500,000+ visitors - from farmers and agri-entrepreneurs to global policymakers. To guide such a diverse audience through the conference tracks, buyer-seller meets, food court, farmer workshops, and cultural events, the Government of India used Milli, an AI chatbot that served as a personal guide for delegates, exhibitors, and the public.

The introduction of Milli, our AI-powered chatbot, holds special significance. By guiding visitors through the event, answering queries in real time, and supporting multiple languages, Milli ensured that no participant - whether a local farmer, global policymaker, or curious citizen - was left behind. This is how India is harnessing technology with empathy to make large-scale public events more accessible and engaging.
